Filter medium for Disc Filters is multi-layer sintered wire cloth, with a rating range from 0.5 to 200micron, in a diameter from 200mm to 3000mm. Disc filters with multi-layer sintered wire cloth as filter medium, enjoy good strength, accurate filter rating, long life-span and repeatedly cleaning.

Materials
Standard material of disc filters is SUS316L. Other metals like Nickel alloy or Titanium alloy are also available at customers request.

Filter Cloth Pack is mainly used in filtration of polyester film and Spinning in chemical fiber industry .Main media of filter cloth pack include stainless steel sintered fiber web ,ss weaving wire mesh ,phosphate cooper wire mesh ,copper wire mesh .Frame material can be aluminum ,stainless steel ,nickel coated copper.
It can be single or muli-layer with round ,oval ,kidney shape .
Leaf Filter Pack is mainly used in filter devices of high viscosity melt for removing of hard impurities. The materials are stainless steel sintered fiber web and stainless steel sintered wire mesh. Leaf filters can be repeatedly used and repeatedly cleaned.
