According to the needs of end customers, choose the right filter type to use with filter element.It has been widely used in water, oil, solvent and other liquid purification and solid-liquid separation in machinery, metallurgy, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, electronics, medicine, food and other industries.

★ Maximum working pressure: 0.4-10MPa Treatment capacity: 0.5-200 ㎡ / h.

Filter rating : 0.1-100um

It can be divided into single-core and multi-cores liquid filter according to the number of filter element in the cylinder.

It can be divided into bottom in and out of the liquid filter liquid filter and side into and the bottom out of the liquid filter according to the way of inlet and outlet.

★ Sanitary filter housing : upper and lower head and mounting cover plate is removable ,It is easy to remove and install filter element . Internal polishing Ra≤0.38um, cleaning cylinder without any dead corners.

★ Single core liquid filter: it is a sanitary grade filter for small flow conditions. The design meets the requirements of sanitary grade and GMP. The structure without dead angle and easy to clean. The discharge valve is set at the bottom of the inlet. The discharge is completely discharged without residual liquid concerns. The pressure gauge and exhaust valve are set at the top. The leg of the filter is reinforced thread, which is not easy to slide.

Multi-core liquid filter: the filter element is sealed corresponding to mounting plate, and the non-standard products can be designed and customized according to customer’s requirement.
