All welded stainless steel filter cartridges

All welded stainless steel filter cartridges are widely used in applications where non-metallic filter cartridges can not work well. They can be high pressure, high temperature, severe corrosive chemical environmental, static electric sensitive, or reusable and washable needed working conditions.

The structure of all welded stainless steel filter element is without any glue or adhesive, thus there is no mechanical limitation caused by the adhesive. All the joint, connection is made by welding, such as TIG, plasma welding or resistant welding ( spot or roll welding).

One special method is merging two filter media of the media and the hard ware by sintering process. This method will give uniform property at all the merging / connecting point.
